Prepare in the way that suits you: with your own checklist or a report of your OVARIANA entries. Both approaches help you tell your doctor what matters to you.
01 / The usual approach
Your own notes and questions
Bring together what you remember, your notes and test results. Choose the most important things to discuss. The checklist below helps you organise them.
These are instructions for using a report in the app. This website does not export your data. The report scope depends on your entries and the app version available to you.
Less time piecing together your history. More room for the conversation.
OVARIANA organises your entries. You do not have to count them or arrange them in chronological order yourself before an appointment.
Start with a summary
Key recorded symptoms, their frequency and severity in one place.
Changes over time
The calendar and summaries help show when symptoms occurred and how your entries changed.
Bleeding details
Discuss recorded bleeding days and heaviness without reconstructing dates from memory.
Your questions and context
Appointment notes and recorded health information help you start with what matters to you.
The report describes recorded observations. A day without an entry does not mean a day without symptoms. Your doctor makes the medical assessment and decides the next steps.
In preparation · OVARIANA Clinical
In the future, without printing too.
We are developing a way for you to share entries with a chosen doctor with your consent. OVARIANA Clinical is intended to give the doctor access to the shared history and views designed for working with it, before or during an appointment.
Sharing and the Clinical views are in development and validation. They are not yet available from this website.
Preparing on your own, step by step
Notes are support, not a requirement for a visit. Do not delay seeking advice to collect a complete history.
I want to record observations
Note what you noticed, when, and how long it lasted. Mark anything you are unsure about.
Describe changes in your sleep, work, activities or comfort.
Choose what you want to discuss. You do not need medical vocabulary.
Before your visit
Choose your two or three most important questions.
Gather details of medicines and supplements you take, and any test results you already have.
Ask the clinic about communication or interpreting support if you need it.

Next steps: plans, results and dates
This checklist is for printing. You do not enter or send health information on this page.
During and after the appointment, for both approaches
During the conversation
Begin with the issue that matters most to you.
Ask for unfamiliar words and instructions to be explained.
Agree on the next steps: tests, follow-up and how to receive results.
After your visit
Keep the agreed steps and dates somewhere easy to find.
Contact the clinic if the next steps are unclear. Ask who to contact if symptoms worsen.
