Space for what
you notice.
And what you want to
understand.
We are building OVARIANA for everyday life between appointments: the observations you want to keep, the topics you want to understand and the questions you want to return to.
From everyday observations to conversations about what matters.
Support you can
come back to.
Keep a record of
your own experience.
We are designing a place to record symptoms, wellbeing and important details: when something happened, how long it lasted and what it meant to you. With room for your own words and uncertainty.
Explore a topic
at your own pace.
We are building a women's health library, from simple explanations to wider context and discussion of the evidence.
Organise what
you want to say.
We are preparing a way to bring your entries and questions together to share with a doctor. The summary is designed to retain the observation period and gaps in the record. Its role will be to support the conversation, without making a diagnosis.

More space
for your
perspective.
Appointment time is limited, and not every detail is easy to recall. Observations and questions written down beforehand can give you a point of reference during the conversation.
There is room for the days you feel well, too.
The planned journal will also let you record that a particular symptom was absent. An empty entry remains missing information — we do not treat it as a symptom-free day. You choose what to record and when.
No obligation to record every day. No waiting for a complete history before seeing your doctor.

Is OVARIANA available yet?
Coming soon. We are preparing the app and a new knowledge library. This website shows how we plan to present the product.
Do I need to keep a regular record?
Your notes should work for you. You can take breaks and return to recording. No entry does not mean no symptom, and it should never stop you from seeking help.
Is this also for women after menopause?
Yes — we are designing the content and experience with menopause and the years beyond in mind, too. Accessing knowledge should not require tracking a cycle.
What will the Knowledge library offer?
We are preparing three levels: the basics, fuller explanations, and evidence with clinical context. Access details will be shared before launch. Selected materials will also be available on the website.
Will the app replace a conversation with my doctor?
No. The concept presented here covers recording observations, education and preparing for conversations. Do not delay a consultation in order to collect notes first.

Make room
for your health.
Knowledge, observations and questions.
In one place. At your pace.
