You can return to dated entries, prepare a report of symptoms and bleeding, and explore topics you want to ask your doctor about. You record as much as you like, at your own pace. The app does not diagnose, identify fertile days or work as contraception.

No. Alongside your period, you can record symptoms such as pelvic pain, headaches or hot flushes, as well as sleep, mood, energy, measurements, the contraception you use and your own notes. You can review selected entries on charts and include them in a report, while Knowledge helps you learn about women’s health. The app does not predict fertile days or ovulation.

Dated entries help you recall when symptoms started, how often they returned and what your periods were like at the time. Instead of reconstructing everything from memory, you can return to saved observations and review their course within the range your plan allows. Do not put off seeing a doctor in order to collect a long history first.

No. Record what you remember and want to keep; you do not need to complete every form every day. A day without entries means there is no information, rather than confirmation that symptoms were absent.
